Room Assignments for April 2015 Licensure Examinations for Midwife & Librarian

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the room assignments of the following licensure exams:

Licensure Examination for Midwife
Exam Dates: April 19 & 20, 2015

1. Cebu
2. Legazpi
3. Manila (updated 16 April 2015)
4. Tugegarao
5. Zamboanga

Licensure Examination for Librarian
Exam Dates: April 22 & 23, 2015

1. Cebu

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Examinees should report before 6:30 in the morning every examination day. LATE EXAMINEES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.
2. Bring the following: Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, pencils no. 1 or 2, black ball pens, metered-stamped window mailing envelope, long brown and long plastic envelopes.
3. CELLULAR PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
4. Wear the prescribed dress code.
